From here you can enter your name and a quick description of the problem you are having. Hit “Save” and I will be notified of your support request. Open the chat function in the lower left and we can discuss your issue and if necessary I can connect to your computer using your unique Session Code.
Session IDs are secure and expire after each use, so I won’t be able to reconnect until you provide your new ID.
